The SaniForce 3150 Bin Evacuation System (BES) evacuates viscous products from their original 300-gallon containers without dilutioning the material. 

Standard with an inflatable ram plate seal, the BES allows a quick replacement of the empty container. A pneumatic version is available for applications that do not require metering or batch control and an electronic version is available for those applications that do.

  • Maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa).
  • Eliminates the need for booster pumps.
  • Evacuation times of 5 minutes or less for most materials.
  • Available with pneumatic or electronic controls.
  • Evacuate viscous products, up to 100,000 cps, from 300 gallon (1,135 l) “bag-in-bin” containers without dilution.
  • Suitable to pump products such as: tomato paste, light peanut butter, icing, frosting, jams and jellies, toothpaste and heavier ointments. 
  • Inflatable Wiper Seal - Inflatable wiper creates a tight seal preventing contaminants from entering the container.
  • Increased efficiency and faster change-out of bins with the inflatable wiper seal.
  • Unique floating ram plate eliminates the need for exact positioning of bin under the ram plate.
